The UEFA EURO 2008™ is the largest event ever hosted by the city of Klagenfurt.
Shortly after its official opening, the new Wörthersee Stadium will already make its mark as the venue of one of the greatest events in the world of football. Three matches will be played in Carinthia’s capital.
Klagenfurt will be totally under the spell of football throughout the entire European Championship, from June 7 to 29, 2008. Together with UEFA, two fan zones provided with massive video screens will be installed so that all matches can be viewed live. There will also be a fan mile with various attractions. The whole city will celebrate the great party of football!
