The mobile citizen information service of Klagenfurt's EURO organising committee has been in action since March.
Competent staff from the EURO office, Klagenfurt's police and the organising committee are on the move in the different districts and at markets in the provincial capital of Klagenfurt with a bus in EURO design. They are at the citizens' disposal for enquiries and have been provided with clear plans to be able to explain all measures explicitly. Of course, the questions focus on the subjects traffic, fan mile and fan zones. For fans both small and large there is also table football and pins.
The bus will also be on the road in the coming weeks. In addition, there will be citizen information events in cooperation with the province of Carinthia and a citizen hotline that will be in use from 14th April. Calling 0463 2008 will connect you to the special call centre of the EURO office where city hall staff will answer questions and forward requests, suggestions and complaints to the appropriate offices. During the European Football Championship this call centre will be reinforced by Croatian and Polish speaking staff.
