Fan embassies are dedicated facilities for fans and friends of football. During the time of the matches, they are the contact and liaison points for all sorts of matters, be it lost & found services, exchange of tickets, general information or various entertainment for fans from their countries. Fan embassies are professional institutions that serve as number 1 contact point for their fans.

There are stationary and mobile fan embassies. The stationary fan embassy is international and will be located in  Hall 5 of the Exhibition Centre.

The mobile fan embassies are national (German, Croatian and Polish) and will accompany fans throughout the Championship.

In addition, fan consulates have been set up to look after fans on a one-to-one basis and offering a "beer bench" atmosphere.
